Important: By accessing or using the pk8866 Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Section 02
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3.1 These Terms form a binding legal contract between You and pk8866. Your continued access to or use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of each visit or transaction.
3.2 If you are registering on behalf of any corporate entity, partnership or other legal person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. References to "You" shall include such entity where applicable.
3.3 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for user convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
3.4 pk8866 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.
Section 04
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction if that minimum is higher — to register an Account or use the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification is not completed satisfactorily.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk8866 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.
Section 05
5.1 To access the full range of Platform services, you must complete the Account registration process. You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information in all fields required at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address and any other information requested.
5.2 You are responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk8866 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.3 You must promptly notify pk8866 if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team through the secure in-platform live chat channel.
5.4 pk8866 reserves the right to refuse any Account application or to suspend or close an existing Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without cause, subject to the Operator's obligations to return any balance of real-money funds held.
Section 06
6.1 The Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before your first withdrawal, before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold, or as part of an ongoing compliance review.
6.2 For Pakistani users, acceptable primary identity documents typically include a valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Additional documents such as proof of address or payment method verification may also be required depending on the Operator's current KYC standards.
6.3 All KYC documents must be uploaded through the Platform's official HTTPS verification flow. You must never send identity documents via unsecured email, social media or third-party chat applications.
6.4 You must not submit documents that have been altered, cropped, obscured or otherwise tampered with in any way. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.5 The name on all payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on your Account and verified through the KYC process. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
Section 07
7.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator as displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the relevant time. Available payment options may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The reference to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform is for contextual reference only and does not constitute a guarantee of availability, nor does it imply that any such provider endorses or supports gambling operations.
7.2 All deposits must be made from accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept deposits from third parties.
7.3 Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, processing times and any applicable transaction fees are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.
7.4 The Operator reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity.
7.5 For cryptocurrency deposits, the amount credited to your Account will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable at the time the deposit is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and the Operator accepts no liability for any exchange rate movements between deposit and withdrawal.
Section 08
8.1 Withdrawals are available to users who have completed the required KYC verification process and satisfied all applicable bonus wagering requirements in full.
8.2 Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Where that is not possible, the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to process the withdrawal through an alternative verified method registered in the User's name.
8.3 Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the selected payment method and the Operator's internal review processes. The Operator makes no guarantee as to specific processing timelines but will not impose unnecessary delays on legitimate withdrawal requests.
8.4 The Operator may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspicious transaction, or resolution of a dispute. The User will be informed of the reason for any such delay where it is lawful to do so.
8.5 Any maximum withdrawal limits applicable to specific bonuses or promotions will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds in excess of any stated cap may be removed from the withdrawable balance at the Operator's discretion.
Section 09
9.1 Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms that supplement these Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the promotion in question.
9.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered.
9.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your Account. Real-money funds are typically used before bonus funds when placing wagers, unless the specific game or promotional terms state otherwise.
9.4 Bonuses are offered for personal, recreational use only. The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus (and any winnings derived therefrom) where it determines at its reasonable discretion that:
9.5 Currency amounts displayed in promotional materials (such as "PKR 25,000 welcome offer") are illustrative examples. Actual bonus amounts are determined by the applicable promotion's deposit matching formula, minimum deposit requirement and the currency used by the User's Account.
Section 10
All bets are placed at the User's own risk. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from the User's Account balance. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any particular market at any time.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In live (in-play) markets, odds may be suspended without notice due to match events. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned; a manifest pricing or technical error is identified; the bet was accepted in contravention of these Terms; or other circumstances specified in the Operator's betting rules apply. Void bets will be settled at even money (1.0) for the purpose of accumulator calculations.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, market descriptions or settlement (including software or human error), the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, or to re-settle bets at the correct price or outcome. The Operator will act reasonably and in good faith in exercising this right.
Markets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or the Operator's data provider. Where an official result is unavailable, the Operator may use reasonable alternative sources for settlement. Settlement decisions made in good faith are final.
References to PSL, ICC, Pakistan cricket, football leagues and other sports on the Platform are for market identification purposes only. pk8866 has no official partnership with, endorsement from or affiliation to the PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports team, league or governing body.
Section 11
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
The Operator reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension or termination; forfeiture of Account balance; recovery of any winnings obtained in breach of these Terms; reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities; and/or civil or criminal legal action.
Section 12
12.1 pk8866 is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing you financial, emotional or social harm, we encourage you to seek help.
12.2 The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, which Users may activate at any time from their Account settings:
12.3 Self-exclusion requests will be acted upon promptly. Once self-exclusion is activated, the Operator will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded user. Self-exclusion is not reversible within the elected period.
12.4 The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over (or the higher minimum required in the User's jurisdiction). Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. If you are aware of a minor who has gained access to an Account, please contact our support team immediately.

Section 13
13.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pk8866 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution or resale of Platform content; modification or derivative use of any content; use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools; or framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website.
13.3 The pk8866 name, logo and associated marks are the property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
Section 14
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk8866 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or computer damage.
14.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk8866 takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and security, the Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
14.3 pk8866 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, third-party service outages, or any other technical circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control that may affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Section 15
15.1 pk8866 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any balance in accordance with these Terms.
Section 16
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary operating licence. The Operator will specify the applicable jurisdiction in its official licensing documentation.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between You and pk8866 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through the Platform's customer support channel.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process available through the Operator's licensing regulator, where applicable.
16.4 For users in Pakistan: as noted in Section 4.3, applicable local law may create additional constraints on the use of this Platform. These Terms do not override any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law that apply to you as a user located in Pakistan. Users are advised to seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their legal position.
